Is the Bluelink app compatible with my OS version?

Bluelink supports phones with the following operating systems:

• Android: 12 or greater

• iPhone: iOS 14 or greater

Alternatively, if your operating system is not supported, services can still be accessed online here using a
computer. For the best experience, we recommend updating your device to the latest available operating
system.

OS requirements are subject to change based on manufacturer’s updates.


Does connected services collect user data?

User data will be requested for use of certain features that will enhance the user's experience only with the consent of the user and the user can proceed to use the application without doing so if they choose to.


What should I do with my services if I want to sell my vehicle?

If you want to sell your vehicle contact Customer Support in the 'Contact Us' section to cancel your services.

Bluelink® includes 3 years of service without charge (2018 and 2019 model years includes 5 years without charge). Bluelink® services require activation and an active Bluelink® subscription, and is subject to the Bluelink® Agreement Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, which can be found at mybluelink.ca. An active Bluelink® subscription is required for certain in-vehicle functions to operate, such as weather, HD radio, connected voice recognition, dynamic routing, traffic, monthly health reports, over-the-air software updates, and all MyHyundai with Bluelink app and web portal functions. The features, specifications, and fees of Bluelink® are subject to change. Cellular and GPS coverage is required, and not all Bluelink® services are available everywhere, particularly in remote or enclosed areas, or on vehicles at all times. The MyHyundai with Bluelink® app can be downloaded through an app store. The MyHyundai with Bluelink® app requires a compatible device that has a compatible operating system, and may not be supported by all devices and/or operating systems. Devices, and related accessories and equipment are not included and must be purchased separately. The MyHyundai with Bluelink® web portal requires a compatible web browser, and not all Bluelink® features available on the app will be available through the web portal.
